McDonald’s had a great idea in order to combine outdoor and interactive advertizing. The company placed a black cube in the middle of Paris business district where people could take picture of themselves like in a photo booth. People could then upload the picture of their face on a flat screen outside. The result is pretty funny: participants could see a digital ad of themselves in somebody else’s body waiting in line to order in a McDonald restaurant.
There was a possibility to share the pictures on social networks through the company’s website.
